The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan; a transferable book of business (partial or full) would be considered positively; experience drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases and closing documents, and performing due diligence in real estate transactions; have tremendous opportunities to work with the firm’s corporate and litigation attorneys on issues involving real estate matters.
