- Compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Representing national and international manufacturers in bet-the-company matters
- Counseling and representing manufacturers in mass tort disputes
- Conducting legal research and writing
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Preparing for and attending depositions and trials

Qualifications:
- At least two years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Federal clerkship experience preferred
