Salary Range: $225,000 to $365,000

Experience: 1-5 years of large law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience

Academic Credentials: Must have excellent academic credentials and be a member of the relevant state bar

Morgan Lewis, a top international law firm, is looking to hire a highly qualified associate with a strong background in litigation to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience with depositions and oral arguments, as well as excellent research, writing, and communication skills. We are seeking someone who is a member of the relevant state bar and has one to five years of experience in a large law firm or as a judicial clerk.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and motions
- Participate in depositions and oral arguments
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Assist with case strategy and management

Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- 1-5 years of large law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience
- Member of the relevant state bar
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $225,000 to $365,000
- Final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience and other factors
- Total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits
- Participation in benefit plans will be provided upon offer of employment
- At-will position with potential for salary adjustments based on individual and firm performance
