H2: Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with over 110 attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Kansas City/St. Louis/Edwardsville team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases in multiple states, while supporting attorneys and managing various tasks including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing files and documents.

Responsibilities:
- Case management for complex litigation cases
- Preparation of legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Obtaining, summarizing, and analyzing medical records
- Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
- Attending trial as needed
- Conducting social media research
- Coordinating with support services, opposing law firms, and courts
- Maintaining schedules and deadlines
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
-
- 5+ years of complex litigation experience
- Familiarity with litigation databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Ability to anticipate attorney needs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
