Varnum LLP, a leading law firm in Florida, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled attorney to join our Litigation Practice Team in our Naples office. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a focus on construction defects.

As a Senior Litigation Attorney at Varnum LLP, you will be responsible for managing and leading commercial cases, arguing motions, and conducting trials. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop new business and grow your own book of clients. We value exceptional research and writing abilities, as well as strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead commercial cases, including arguing motions and conducting trials
- Develop new business and maintain relationships with current clients
- Supervise client contact and maintain a high level of responsiveness
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality work
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong research and writing abilities
- Extensive experience arguing motions and conducting trials
- Knowledge of construction defects preferred
- Demonstrated business development experience with a portable book of business
- Ability to manage files and supervise client contact
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
