The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting investigations, and advocating on behalf of clients in the insurance and personal injury arena.

Duties:

• Specialize in insurance and personal injury defense.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to insurance claims and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis specific to insurance defense and personal injury matters.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and defense tactics.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
