The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing. The candidate should have 0-10 years of insurance and personal injury defense experience. The Attorney will be responsible for handling insurance and personal injury defense cases, representing clients in legal proceedings related to claims and disputes. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting investigations, and advocating on behalf of clients in the insurance and personal injury arena.

Duties:

• Specialize in insurance and personal injury defense.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to insurance claims and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis specific to insurance defense and personal injury matters.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and defense tactics.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding risk management and defense strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of specific experience in insurance and personal injury defense.
