Post & Schell, ., a leading law firm in the Philadelphia area, is currently seeking an experienced associate to join our Casualty Litigation Department. This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty liability and/or medical malpractice matters. Our firm is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is licensed to practice in New Jersey.

We offer a comprehensive training program that includes regular meetings, formal mentorship, and CLE eligible educational seminars. Our associates also have the opportunity to observe senior attorneys in courtrooms and depositions, providing them with valuable on-the-job training. Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in casualty litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage caseloads
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to casualty litigation

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty liability and/or medical malpractice matters
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Top-notch academic background
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
