Goldberg Segalla LLP, a leading national law firm with over 20 offices across 10 states, is seeking a qualified Professional Liability Associate to join our New York practice. This is a full-time position located in either Garden City, NY or New York, NY.

THE ROLE

As a Professional Liability Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters, including representing licensed professionals in professional liability cases and participating in general litigation matters. This role also offers the chance to be a part of our robust mentoring program, which is designed to support and guide our associates in their professional and business development.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Admitted to practice in New York
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, including assisting with or conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Strong writing skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in civil litigation, such as general liability, professional liability, and insurance defense
- Dual admittance in Connecticut is highly desirable

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000, with actual pay being adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to a competitive salary, this position also offers bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
