# Associate Attorney – Patent Practice Group – Law Firm

Law Firm's Patent Group is looking for an associate with 2 to 4 years of patent experience and a technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field to work in any of Law Firm's offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Conducting freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis
- Preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions
- Supporting IP-related litigation and transactional practices
