**CFS+ Associates Job Description**

Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate to join their Consumer Financial Services, Data & Technology (CFS+) Practice Group in Houston. The successful candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Member of the State Bar of Texas
- Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Federal and state court experience
- Financial institutions litigation experience (preferred)

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
