Job Details:

• Bring a portable practice in Corporate and Business Transactions, General Corporate, Labor/Employment, Health Care Law, General Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Estate Administration, Tax Law, and Family Law.
• Play a crucial role in business development and maintaining client relationships.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients at a high level.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Partner-level attorney with a portable practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the specified practice areas.
• Strong skills in business development and client relationship management.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
