# Litigation Associate - Milwaukee

Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, is looking for a litigation associate to join their Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in commercial litigation, be licensed in Wisconsin, and possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team.

## Job Responsibilities

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for:

* Conducting discovery
* Presenting oral arguments
* Legal research
* Brief writing

## Requirements

* Must be licensed in Wisconsin
* Must have 1 or more years of experience in commercial litigation
* Solid analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well on a team
