We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced lateral associate to join our Finance team at a top law firm in Los Angeles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with significant experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings to advance their career and work on high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Representing creditors or borrowers in various financial transactions
- Working closely with our Global Finance team and Business Restructuring & Reorganization team
- Handling top of the capital structure representations for hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions
- Participating in chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings

Qualifications:

- Significant experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
- Strong understanding of finance and restructuring principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Salary Information:
- Annual compensation range: $365,000 - $435,000
- Actual salary offered will depend on qualifications and operational considerations
