Qualifications: - 4+ years of paralegal experience and/or program management in securities law and corporate governance. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Curiosity, a desire to innovate, and a bias for action. - Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft, Adobe Acrobat, and Section 16 reporting tools. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong personal ethics and respect for privacy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: - Supporting Intuit's securities compliance program, including SEC filings, board governance, insider trading compliance, and partnership with external advisors. - Identifying and implementing efficiencies through the use of technology. - Collaborating with the Legal team to prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings. - Assisting with various SEC and regulatory filings. - Managing insider trading processes and other compliance reports. - Assisting with document production for internal audits and special projects. Salary Information: - Expected base pay range of $114,000 - $154,000 for this position in the Bay Area, California. - Additional compensation includes cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. - Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. - Intuit conducts regular comparisons to ensure pay equity among employees of different ethnicities and genders.
