Location
Duties
- Lead and manage complex legal matters within core practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
- Work closely with other partners and legal teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys, helping them grow professionally within the firm.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, including community outreach, marketing, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a law firm environment with a proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
- Expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
