The ideal candidate will have experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. They should also possess excellent writing skills, strategic thinking abilities, and prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice. The candidate must be admitted in both New Jersey and New York. The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000, with actual pay being adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
