Thomas J Henry Law, a leading law firm in Texas, is looking for a talented Case Development Intake Attorney to join their team. With an annual salary of $90,000, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level.

Overview:

The Case Development Intake Attorney will be responsible for managing a docket of approximately 50 cases, working closely with a case manager to investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage assigned cases. They will also handle property damage claims, communicate with clients and adjusters, and prepare monthly status reports and reviews on cases.

Responsibilities:

- Intake function and investigation of commercial cases
- Accepting and evaluating incoming calls from potential new clients
- Signing up new clients in and out of the office
- Communicating with clients and providing status updates
- Maximizing case values and attorney fees recovered
- Additional projects as assigned

Competencies:

- Strong initiative and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with effective communication and delegation abilities
- Excellent customer service and emotional intelligence
- Ability to motivate and energize support staff
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)

Education & Experience:

- JD and licensed in Texas
- 0-3 years of personal injury experience
- Previous customer service/sales experience preferred
- Valid TX driver's license and good driving record
