• Document review, evidence review and validation
• Motion practice
• Small claims hearing coverage / Mediations
• Contested litigation
• Judgment execution (wage and bank garnishments, vehicle levies, COE hearings, satisfactions)

Ideal candidates DO NOT need direct experience, but DO need:

1. A clean Florida Bar license (other jurisdictions may be helpful)
2. A clean background check free of felonies or financial crimes
3. A positive TEAM PLAYER attitude
4. A desire to grow with the firm and build a long-term mutually beneficial relationship
5. Strong organizational skills
