- Extensive experience in Texas State Court and federal court, including jury trial work, appellate court experience, administrative agency proceedings, non-compete and discrimination case handling
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to personal growth and excellent client service
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with innovative technology platforms

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations and trials
- Directly working with clients
