We are seeking a Privacy and Cybersecurity Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our team in either Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, .

As a Privacy and Cybersecurity Associate, you will play a key role in our cybersecurity counseling, incident response, and cyber investigations practice. You will have the opportunity to work with leading and innovative companies around the world, dealing with complex cybersecurity issues and representing clients in connection with major security incidents and investigations. In addition, you will advise on cyber best practices and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a mid-level associate who is ready to take on significant responsibility within our group and help us continue to grow our practice to serve the leading technology companies. Our ideal candidate will have experience with incident response, cyber counseling, and FTC, SEC or state AG policy and enforcement regarding cybersecurity. Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are also required for this role.
