seeks a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience to focus on long term care litigation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. Preferred candidates will have prior employment as a prosecutor, public defender, JAG officer, or experience in medical malpractice, nursing home/elder abuse, or other catastrophic personal injury litigation. Qualified candidates will have a passion for being in the courtroom and trial. The successful candidate will take depositions, argue hearings, present at mediations, and participate at trials and arbitrations early on in their practice.
