Looking to join a dynamic team at a top AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a mid-level Associate with a background in corporate transactions, specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital Financings, or Private Equity Financings and Acquisitions. This position is based in the Atlanta office, located at the vibrant Atlantic Station development.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Join a team of attorneys who consistently rank highly in Global League Tables for representing fast-growing venture-backed technology and life sciences companies and their investors.
- Must have at least two years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Member in Good Standing of the State Bar of Georgia.
- Experience with general corporate transactions and corporate governance is required.
- Background in Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital Financings, or Private Equity Financings and Acquisitions is preferred.
- Excellent academic record.

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Member in Good Standing of the State Bar of Georgia.

- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
