Job Title: Experienced Affordable Housing Transactional Attorney

Experience: Six to eight years of experience in affordable housing policy matters and development and financing transactions.

Location: San Francisco or Oakland, California.

Department: Transactional Law.

Job Description:

- Negotiate and draft loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments.
- Experience with first time homebuyer programs, construction documents, and commercial leases is a plus.
