The General Counsel for the Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS) within the Executive Office of Labor & Workforce Development (EOLWD) is responsible for providing legal and policy expertise to administer, interpret, and regulate registered apprenticeship programs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This role also focuses on driving growth and diversity in apprenticeship opportunities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a JD and current law license in Massachusetts, and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
