Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Federal and State legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, responses, complaints, proofs of claim, and summonses.
- Conduct research and analyze law sources using Lexis and Westlaw.
- Attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support other attorneys.
- Handle routine calls and correspondence with attorneys, trustees, debtors, clients, and the Courts.
- Assist in preparing for and attending evidentiary hearings in federal and state court cases.

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina.
- 2-4 years of experience in business bankruptcy, insolvency, and related litigation.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
