Duties and Responsibilities

- File lawsuits and meet with clients
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Schedule and attend fact witness depositions
- Retain appropriate experts and attend expert depositions
- Prepare for and attend mediations
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict
- Prepare and file post-trial motions
- Attend file audits, litigation attorney meetings, and trial clinics

Qualifications and Skills

- Florida law license in good standing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Ability to provide direction and guidance to a team
- Strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases

Job Summary:

As a Litigation Attorney at Rubenstein Law, you will be responsible for all aspects of a case in state and federal court. This includes pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trial. We are looking for experienced attorneys with a proven track record of winning, including jury trials as first chair. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients and file lawsuits
