Job Overview: A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice law in Washington and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to develop creative legal strategies, along with demonstrated trial experience and strong time management abilities.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients and communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in Washington by the start of employment.
• 2-5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney.
• Demonstrated trial experience and/or trial preparation experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Washington State Bar Association membership.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop creative legal strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
