Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Will be spending their time 50/50 between real property litigation and plaintiff’s side employment law. Must have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills and be able to work independently in all aspects of litigation from pleadings to discovery/motion practice, and settlement/trial. New York Bar admission is required.
