- Maintain and update templates and contracting processes
- Design, build, and improve legal and contract team processes

Requirements:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in at least one state in good standing
- 2-3 years of prior experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
