- Manage projects and other tasks with tight deadlines

**Qualifications:**

- 1+ years of experience on mergers and acquisitions or other corporate transactions (preferred)
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Effective analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the firm
