Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and summarizing legal documents
- Researching and evaluating cases, businesses, and individuals
- Developing strategic defenses
- Conducting client meetings and recommending strategies
- Investigating facts and conducting depositions
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Conducting hearings and mediations
- Preparing witnesses and corporate representatives
- Briefing at trial and appellate courts
- Writing defense mediation summaries

Requirements:
- Active and in good standing with the State of Georgia
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail
- 2-4 years of experience in defense litigation; professional liability and/or coverage experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Client-focused mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and challenges
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of financial records interpretation is a plus
