DYNAMIC LITIGATION PRACTICE

At Shartsis Friese, our Litigation Department handles a wide range of substantive matters including complex litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes. We are looking for a candidate with experience in these areas, who is ready to take on challenging and meaningful work.

MEANINGFUL LITIGATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of meaningful litigation experience, including drafting pleadings/motions, responding to written discovery, and managing document discovery. Experience with depositions, arguing motions, pre-trial preparation, trials, and arbitrations is a plus. We are seeking someone with strong legal writing skills and a demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

COMPETITIVE SALARY OFFERED

We understand the value of our talented attorneys, and we offer a competitive annual base salary range of $220,000 to $235,000 for this position. The final salary offered will be based on several factors including experience, education, and other qualifications.
