Candidates must have excellent research, writing, and discovery skills, and significant hands-on experience with drafting motions and pleadings. Family law and/or accounting experience a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, have outstanding academic and professional credentials and be licensed to practice in California.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to family law
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Research case law and applicable statutes
- Represent clients in court and in other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements
- Prepare financial documents as needed

**Qualifications:**

- 3-7 years of experience in family law
- Excellent research, writing, and discovery skills
- Significant hands-on experience with drafting motions and pleadings
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Self-motivated, personable team player
- Outstanding academic and professional credentials
- Licensed to practice in California

**Compensation:**

The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles is $250,000 - $375,000. Positions outside of Los Angeles will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Law Firm’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
