Preference will be given to candidates with CAFC clerkship experience, and experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.

• CAFC clerkship experience is a strong advantage.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar.
