Troutman Pepper Law Firm is seeking an experienced and well-qualified California lawyer to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. With offices in multiple states, the ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, superior research and writing skills, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location. The successful applicant must be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live and also be actively barred in California.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Superior research and writing ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
