Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking a motivated and talented associate for its Product Liability and Class Action Litigation practice group in Los Angeles, CA. Duties:

  • Manage and handle all aspects of product liability and class action litigation cases.
  • Engage in motion practice, discovery, and brief writing.
  • Prepare company witnesses for depositions and take/defend depositions.
  • Attend court appearances and participate in trial preparation.
  • Interact directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Ensure quality work under tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on product liability and class action cases.
  • Experience with defense catastrophic injury matters is highly preferred.
  • Admission to practice in California is required.
  • Proven ability to handle all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery.

Education:

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
