Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contractual documents
- Provide contract guidance to internal stakeholders
- Support process improvement projects
- Manage certificates of insurance requests
- Maintain contracts team intranet resource site
- Assist with contract administration activities
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of legal, contracts, or subcontracts experience
- Advanced MS Office or Office 365 skills
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus
- Certified Paralegal, IACCM, or NCMA certifications are a plus
