Wilson Elser is seeking an Employment and Labor Associate to join their team of exceptional professionals in their Los Angeles office. This is an ideal position for an attorney looking to take the next step in their career by joining a dynamic office within a national law firm. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: • JD from an accredited law school • Must be admitted to practice in California • 3+ years of litigation experience • Experience with general liability and employment matters, including but not limited to single plaintiff and class/representative action matters • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Legal project management experience is helpful • Trial experience a plus As an Employment and Labor Associate, the responsibilities would include independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, representing clients in a wide range of employment and labor claims, working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects, and regularly handling court appearances and depositions. The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
