Role Summary

Legal intern position for Fall 2024

Support attorneys and accountants with legal research, investigative strategies, and case preparation

Assist with regulatory and transactional projects

Responsibilities

Analyze investigative materials and prepare reports for attorneys and accountants

Review regulatory filings and analyze financial information

Work with project teams on standard-setting activities

Conduct research using legal databases and web-based tools

Assist with comment letters and public meetings

Perform other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Currently enrolled law student

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Proficiency with Microsoft software, legal databases, and web-based research tools

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Proficiency in another language is a plus
