# Junior Environmental Associate at Beveridge & Diamond, .

Beveridge & Diamond, . is seeking an experienced candidate with one to three years of experience to join their San Francisco office as a Junior Environmental Associate. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the position, as well as the ability to become well-versed in major federal and California environmental regulatory programs. Litigation experience is a plus.

## Qualifications

- . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Status as an active member in good standing of the California bar.
- Experience with, or demonstrated interest in major environmental statutes, such as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and CERCLA.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work well under deadlines, and the ability to assume significant client responsibilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Salary Information

In accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which this position may be filled, the base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include a discretionary annual bonus and an hours-based bonus.
