The ideal candidate will have experience in employment counseling and litigation, with a strong background in federal and state courts and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling to employers on labor and employment law issues
- Conduct witness interviews and investigations
- Draft position statements and prepare employee handbooks and policies
- Draft employment agreements and separation agreements
- Manage employment-related litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Attend teambuilding events and occasionally work in the office

Requirements:

- Member of The Florida Bar
- 3-5 years of labor and employment defense experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience in federal and state courts and government agencies
- Knowledge of labor and employment law issues
- Ability to work remotely and occasionally attend events in the office
