Are you an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney looking for an opportunity to grow and work within a busy and fast-paced team environment? The Firm's Morristown Office seeks an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their New Jersey practice.

##Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple projects, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients, analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients, drafting interrogatories and document demands, reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation, attending depositions, hearings, and mediations, and submitting filings to the court.

##Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a JD/LLM and be admitted to practice in New Jersey, with additional admissions a plus. They must also have insurance coverage experience, ideally with General Liability policies or working on pollution and/or construction matters, as well as litigation experience.

##Skills and Abilities

The successful candidate must possess exceptional legal writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
