Summary:
Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte office to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of transactional experience, preferably with structured finance and/or securitization transactions. Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is currently seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte office. This position will focus on transactions within the Structured Finance and Securitization Team, part of the Financial Services practice.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of transactional experience, with a preference for those with experience in structured finance and/or securitization transactions. The candidate must have excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills.
