Additionally, experience in advocacy before the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as experience in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
