H2: Job Responsibilities

- Direct and lead compliance programs with multiple layers, objectives, tasks, and stakeholders
- Develop and lead strategic compliance plans and make recommendations to leadership
- Perform quality oversight of departmental work products and communicate department work
- Collaborate with management to set strategic vision
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports

H2: Minimum Requirements

- BA/BS degree and minimum of 8 years in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role, or equivalent combination of education and experience

H2: Preferred Skills and Experiences

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with ability to motivate and coach others
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred

- Location: Chicago, IL (may consider other Pulse Point locations within 50 mile radius)
