Law firm Akerman LLP is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join their growing national labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience, with a strong background in general employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, and employment counseling. The position requires excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience.

Candidates must possess a and be a member of the California State Bar. While candidates residing in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego areas are preferred, remote work options are available in accordance with the firm's Remote Permissive Work Policy.
