Construction and development activity remains strong nationwide, and firms are expanding aggressively to meet rising demand.
If you have experience in construction matters, including:
Construction litigation (claims, defects, delays, liens)
Public or private infrastructure and development projects
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
AIA or EPC contract work
Representation of general contractors or subcontractors
Insurance issues related to construction
Risk management and compliance

Handle construction litigation involving defects, delay claims, liens, and contract disputes.
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA, EPC, and project-specific agreements.
Represent developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in disputes and advisory matters.
Assist with public and private project compliance, risk management, and regulatory issues.
Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and related proceedings.
Advise clients on insurance coverage and related construction risk matters.
1–10+ years of construction law experience, litigation or transactional.
Experience with construction disputes and/or contract drafting.
Familiarity with AIA, EPC, or other construction-specific agreements.
Courtroom, arbitration, or mediation exposure is helpful.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
Solid judgment and problem-solving ability.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project teams.
