We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of immigration cases, providing essential support to our attorneys and clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and file applications with USCIS, including family-based petitions
- Communicate with clients, other attorneys, and legal professionals
- Maintain and update filing system and client files
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars
- E-file court documents
- Prepare and file custody applications for Special Immigrant Juvenile status
- Schedule and calendar hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Assist lawyers in trial preparation, including conducting research, organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and filing motions



REQUIREMENTS:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- College education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of immigration experience
