Are you an experienced attorney looking for a new opportunity in the legal field? Sands Anderson PC, a reputable law firm, is expanding its Business Group in our Raleigh-Durham NC office and is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations and covenants, and other instruments related to commercial real estate transactions and common-interest community ventures
• Manage others to ensure that closings timely occur and other milestones are met

Requirements:

• Six or more years’ experience representing developers, lenders, landlords and others in commercial real estate acquisition, purchase, financing, and leasing
• Substantive legal knowledge and experience in all aspects of relevant law, including title, environmental, corporate, and government
• Availability to work outside of typical business hours when necessary to meet deadlines

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
