Job Description:

MyRights Immigration Law Firm is currently hiring an associate attorney for our growing immigration law practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with current and prospective clients

  • Attending immigration appointments with USCIS

  • Prepare briefs in support of client’s applications

  • Prepare documents submissions in support of relief from removal

  • Prepare applications and submission packets for applications with USCIS

  • Supervise and direct assigned paralegals in case preparation 

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active admission in any state bar

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability and willingness to work as part of an already exceptional team.

 

Salary:

Starting salary ranges from $95,000 to $150,000+ depending on experience. Additional compensation includes a full benefits package consisting of: health insurance, paid vacation time, holiday pay, and 401(k) matching. Additional benefits include a 4 day work week, membership in AILA, stipend for AILA national ;
